Returns and the 60-day first-bottle guarantee
Try the first bottle as directed for up to 60 days. If your scalp is not calmer, request a refund for that first bottle—even if it is empty. No empty-bottle return is required. Unopened bottles from a larger order remain subject to the standard return process.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
